The last of pancha moorthy which is very powerfull is worshipped in Meppad kalari Temple with Abhisheka puja and tarpana. He has his own moola mantra and prayoga mantra. He is visualised as Doomadhakara and kala kala and mrityu karaka. He has danda and pasha on one and kapala with madu on other hand. there are different kinds of visualisation for Gulika in which mrityu gulika is very powerfull and related to shaktheya worship. Different slokas and mantras are there for invoking and pleasing him . Normally gulika prathista is not seen inside the temple but in Meppad kalari temple he is inside the Garbhagrisha in the agnisthanam with panchmoorthies.Normally when he appears in theyyam and some times invoked after Shaktheya puja Black guruti is offered with karana and munda with deepa.
